You can expect to spend anywhere from $60 - $200+ per square foot for a custom year-round greenhouse. This will largely be determined by a multitude of factors such as location, materials, labor, build considerations, size, customizations, etc.

Any source of financing that works for you, works for us...well, keep it legal :) We have a couple lending options that we recommend and can provide more information upon request.

If you have any questions or concerns about building, our Feasibility service can bring clarity. This involves getting your soils tested, land surveyed, and locates. Feasibility ensures that the land itself is able to be built on, that any soil considerations and adjustments are accounted for, and that storm/sanitary/gas/water/electric/fiber services will not be encountered during your build. Having this information is a key factor in being able to provide a more accurate cost for your Hidden Harvest.
Whether we handle it for you or you run with getting that done, this may be the most important step on the road to your Hidden Harvest.
-
Absolutely! With how much the land in our great nation varies, it's highly unlikely that we could design something that is a "one size fits all" approach. We encourage you to put your stamp on these and design them to be a consistent food supply for you and your family.
In terms of overall dimensions, we've designed these to be as modular as possible and would be happy to expand on that during discovery.
-
Of course! As human beings we are all drawn to different things because of how they look and function. While our website shows a handful of renderings for inspiration, we know that everyone has different preferred aesthetics. If you prefer to run with pulling together materials we can weigh in on any considerations along the way, or, you can opt to work with our team to craft your vision and source everything.
Obviously, this will play into the overall cost of your Hidden Harvest and we can update pricing for you to help with any budgetary decision making.
-
In most cases, that is definitely possible, and one of the big considerations we made while designing it. We will want to work with you to discuss your goals and asses the existing structure so we can move forward properly.
-
This is largely up to you and your goals :) We designed the Hidden Harvest to serve either way...as an outbuilding that services are tied into, or, as a stand alone structure that could run off of solar and have enhancements made for water.
If you aren't planning to trench and tie into existing services, we'll want to be sure to address those considerations during discovery.

Even if your area doesn't require it, we very much recommend getting a survey to provide boundaries, locates, and elevations. Not only is it great information to have for future use, but it allows the entire process to be estimated more accurately.
For instance, if the proposed build site is actually a low spot, we can have discussions on a choosing a different location or budgeting to build up the selected one to allow for proper drainage and functionality.
-
If you have one in mind, we are happy to work with them! You can also opt to let us handle that for you and coordinate getting a builder selected.
-
Absolutely! As a helpful tip to make the job easier, let them know we can sell the materials directly to keep from having to outsource the engineering, materials take-offs, sourcing and supply management that goes along with it.
-
We can! As part of the Pre-Build Service, we can work on getting any permitting finalized. We may just need some signatures along the way.
-
To make the process easier we highly recommend purchasing the materials through us; however, it's definitely not required.
If you choose to to purchase outside of us, you'll need to acquire a use license for the drawings and details in order to move forward with your build using your own builder and purchase materials locally.
